Refund policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Order-linked funds
Campaign funds belong to one order. They are not a wallet, cannot be transferred to another user, and return only to the original payment method or verified original bank account where supported.
2. Work-start boundary
Once an order reaches Campaign preparation or Work started, management, setup, compliance, creative, landing-page, tracking, priority, and other add-on fees become non-refundable.
3. Refundable campaign funds
After work starts, only campaign budget that remains unused and not irrecoverably committed is eligible. Funds already spent on traffic or media are not refundable.
4. Provider costs
For customer cancellations, only verified payment/refund/FX costs the provider does not return may be deducted, without markup, and the exact net refund is shown before confirmation. When the company cancels without customer fault, the company absorbs those costs.
5. Regulated orders
The default flow reviews compliance before payment, so a rejection at that stage requires no refund. Later fraud, false documents, or material changes can trigger a pause or termination and a refund calculation under the terms and actual costs.
